At Hoverboards, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all electronic transportation gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the hoverboard in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
